Literally means:

go to see Marx;

Actually means:

sleep with the forefathers

It figuratively means one dies and it is the same as 见上帝, to see the God, and 见阎王, to see the king of the hell. It is an euphemistic expression for "die". It is less frequently used than 见阎王 or 见上帝 and it carries some sense of humor.
