My advice for you going forward would be to search up the character on yabla, as it shows other words made with those characters and example usage in many cases. For example;

非常感谢 - fēichánggǎnxiè (Thank you very much)
特别感谢 - tèbiégǎnxiè (Special thanks - seems to be used in speeches from the examples)
多谢 - duōxiè (Many thanks)
感谢 - gǎnxiè (Express thanks)

Then you should follow up and ask where is this used, is it used in normal speech, maybe search up the characters in novels and see what context it is used in. Then if it's not archaic or is an innuendo or anything just use the one you like, you have favourites in english, why should it be different in Chinese. Some people say you're welcome, some people say no problem, some people say my pleasure, it is all up to the indivdual.
