What is the difference (if any) between these three sentences?

在我的一本中文语法本里我找到这个语法点（请看照片），但我不知道他们之间有什么区别，如果有的话。
1）我在看书。
2）我正看书。
3）我正在看书。

我的一个台湾的朋友告诉我她觉得“B“是错的，所以我想要中国（中华人民共和国）人告诉我是否“B”是错的或者是北方话。

你好！我是北方人，觉得1)我在看书；3）我正在看书 都是对的。2）我正看书 是错的。

B 如果是：“我正看书呢。”则正确。
