Will the new HSK test from 2022 onwards combine the oral HSKK Test?

Hi all!

I saw this news online. Was wondering if any one is able to validate this news that the HSK tests from 2022 onwards will require the student to sit for both the written (reading/listening) test and the oral (HSKK) test?
