Personally I wouldnt translate it like this. I would probably say 如果你有不明白的问题。。
You also dont necessarily have to say "go ask the teacher". You can just say 你可以问老师 / 就问老师吧. and even 那就问老师。
This is just a personal opinion. Maybe some might say its correct but as if my own experience i would just translate it like this.

The correct sentence is: 如果你有不确定的问题，就去问老师吧。 确定as verb, means: be sure, but 肯定as verb,means: confirm,approve.

不完全对。因为老师只是知识的代言人，知识也有更新迭代，也有不同学说和流派，越深入以后越觉得自己的知识是匮乏的，博览群书以后知识能融会贯通，找到接近这样水平的老师是你的福气。
