Hello. I'm totally new to Chinese and would like to know some trusthworthy and effective phone app(s) to learn Chinese. Can you recommend me phone app(s) to learn Chinese? I found lots of apps in the appstore and CH play but it's hard to say which one really works and save time. Thank you so much!

I guess the first step for you is to learn pinyin. Do you know anything about pinyin? If you don't know, it is a pronunciation system for Chinese characters. If you can read pinyin, you can read every Chinese character. And step by step, you will learn more characters and their meanings.
