据说 (jùshuō):

听说 (tīngshuō):
This expression is used to convey that one has heard something from others, but it does not necessarily imply the information is unconfirmed or speculative.
It can be translated as "heard that" or "I heard that."
Example:

"I heard that he got a scholarship."
