It would be best if you started with the basics, such as learning the Chinese alphabet (pinyin), tones, and basic grammar structures. This is to build a solid foundation before moving on to more advanced concepts. Mandarin is a tonal language, meaning a word's tone can change its meaning.
Listening to native speakers and practicing pronunciation and intonation are essential to developing fluency. Thus, you can find a language partner and also surround yourself with Mandarin content, such as music, TV shows, movies, and podcasts. This will help you become familiar with the language, improve your comprehension and conversation skills, and learn about Chinese culture.

I just discovered the Chinese Track podcasts and went through the first 4 lessons and I really like the way that it's done so far:
https://www.chinesetrack.com/podcast-feeds/
It's easy to listen to, it's free, and it's really cool the way that each lesson builds on the one before, introducing you to new vocabulary, but also using that vocabulary in future lessons so that you remember it.
I haven't gone very far through it, but so far it's the best introduction I've found.I uploaded "Expressway To Chinese Elementary 3 (Vietnamese)", enjoy it.
