Hi all, I want to ask :
What does it mean "能手口一致点数1-5,并说出总数?"
Does it mean that "the child is able to understand the concept of number 1 - 5"?
So if 1 means that the thing is 1
if 2 means that the things are 2
if 3 means that the things are 3
if 4 means that the things are 4
if 5 means that the things are 5
Does it mean like that?

English: is able to point and count the number of objects up to five and keep count of the total (but it sounds a bit ridiculous in English)

Perhaps
Familiar with the numbers 1-5 and can keep count up to five

Hand: touches each item once with the index finger (one-to-one).
Mouth: says the number words “1, 2, 3, 4, 5” in exact sync with each touch.
Finish: immediately states the total—“X altogether”—instead of repeating the last number word.
Correct model:
Five teddy bears are on the table; the child touches each one with the index finger while saying “1-2-3-4-5,” then stops and says, “一共有 5 只小熊l.”
Incorrect model:
When touching the fifth bear the child says “5,” but then adds, “一共 3 只”—hand and mouth are not synchronized.
