You can also use 怎么样?, or if you haven't seen the person in a while 最近怎么样?
Friends often use 吃了吗?or 哈喽

你好, is commonly used in first meeting with new friends or people instead of 你好嗎. Normally when intruced to new people, you may use 幸會(xinghui), or 久仰 ('jiuyang', if the person is well acknowledged in certain community or professional area.)
You may also just say '早上好‘(colleagues), ’您早啊‘(older aged), ’早安‘ or '早啊’ (neighbours) '午安‘(noon or early afternoon) ’晚上好‘ (good evening).
