Biangbiang noodles (simplified Chinese: 𰻝𰻝面; traditional Chinese: 𰻞𰻞麵; pinyin: Biángbiángmiàn), alternatively known as youpo chemian (油泼扯面) in Chinese, are a type of Chinese noodle originating from Shaanxi cuisine.
