豁出去

Literally means:

go ahead regardless

Actually means:

be ready to risk everything

It means that one is determined to do something (well) no matter what price one should pay or what sacrifice he should make. It also means paying little heed to consequences. Often used to de scribe somebody's fearless determination under certain circumstance.

决心不管付出什么代价或做出什么牺牲，都要把某件事情办好。也指不顾一切（地做某事情）。多用于说明某人在特定条件或场合下什么都不怕的心态。
