见怪不怪

Literally means:

remain unmoved upon seeing strange things

Actually means:

be used to the weirdy

It originally means one should remain calm and cool when facing anything unusual; now it usually means one would get used to unusual occurrences after much experience. In the latter sense, it usually refers to unpleasant occurrences or conducts that violates regulations or law.

本来指见到怪异的事，要冷静处理，不要大惊小怪。现在多指怪事（不好的事）见多了，看惯了，也就不觉得奇怪了。用在后一种意思时，多指不好的、违反规定或法律的事情。
