爱理不理

爱理不理:

Literally means:

look cold and indifferent; be stand-offish.

Actually means:

It means treating somebody with indifference. In most of cases, the phrase is used to describe someone who ignores another person on purpose, or someone who is reluctant to talk to another person because of contempt or antipathy.

爱理不理，形容对人冷淡怠慢，只是勉强应付，实际上不愿理睬。

爱理不理多指遇到某人时摆架子，有意冷落对方，或因看不起对方或对他反感而不愿意主动跟他说话。
