木马计

Literally means:

stratagem of the Trojan Horse

Actually means:

Homer recorded in his epic Iliad that the ancient Greeks used the Trojan horse to defeat the city of Troy. They left an enormous wooden horse in which there were 20 warriors outside Troy. The Trojans carried the horse back into the city as a trophy. At night, the warriors came out and with the help of the Greek army outside the town, conquered Troy and ended the 10-year-long war. This is the Trojan Horse Strategy.

Figuratively this phrase means a strategy of infiltrating into the enemy camp and engaging subversive or illegal activities.

传说古代希腊人攻打特洛伊城时，把一只暗藏20个勇士的巨大木马丢在城外，被特洛伊人当作战利品运进城里。夜里勇士们走出木马，配合城外的希腊军队，攻下了特洛伊城。结束了长达十年的战争。这就是“木马计”。

比喻暗中进入敌人内部，进行颠覆活动的计策，也比喻打入别人内部暗中进行各种非法活动。
