好好先生:

Literally means:

Mr. Goody-goody; Mr. Agreeable.

Actually means:

It refers to one who tries not to offend anybody often at the expense of principles; it also refers to the person who is good-tempered, kind and tolerant.In the former sense, this phrase is ironic.

好好先生，指不分是非曲直，只求跟别人相安无事的人;也指脾气好，心地善良忠厚的人。用在前一种情况时常含有讽刺这种人的意味。
