Actually means:

四方, originally means four directions, namely east, south, west and north. It later refers to everywhere in general. According to Chinese traditional physiognomy (an unscientific way of predicting one's fate based on one's physical appearances and skin color), a man with a big mouth promises a good fortune, meaning that he has enough to eat wherever he goes. This phrase means one is blessed in life, or one is so lucky that he can enjoy all sorts of delicacies. It also means one has a big stomach and can eat a lot.

It means that one has the ability to gain all sorts of benefits. It may also refer to gaining advantage by unfair means in various situations or places. Derogatory in the latter sense.
