吃青春饭

Actually means:

depend on one's young age or prettiness

It means being engaged in occupations that are usually taken when one is young, e. g. athletes, models and dancers.

It is sometimes used to describe a person who is not capable, but depends on his or her young age or prettiness to make a living. In the latter sense, it is derogatory.

从事只在年轻时才适合的职业，如运动员、模特、舞蹈演员等。

有时也指没有真本事，只能依靠年轻漂亮赚钱过日子。指后一意义时有贬义色彩。
