吃豆腐

Literally means:

eat bean curd

Actually means:

flirt with a woman; engage in minor sexual harassment

It refers to making advances to a woman without serious intention, or teasing or bullying a weakling. It can also be used to make fun of somebody. It is derogatory in the former sense.

指占妇女的便宜（进行性骚扰），或戏弄、欺侮弱小。也指拿人开玩笑。在前一种用法中具有贬义色彩。
