与人方便，自己方便:

Actually means:

If you offer others something, they will then offer you something as reward; i.e. if you help others, they will then help you.

It is often used to advise someone to help others or not to make things difficult for others. It also shows modesty when some one helps others.

指把方便给了别人，自己也会得到方便，即帮助别人，也会得到别人的帮助。

常用来劝说给别人多行方便，或不要为难人家。也在帮助别人时用来表示自谦。
