不好意思:
Literally means:
feel embarrassed; be ill at ease; find it embarrassing to do something
Actually means:
It means that one is shy and self-conscious. It mostly refers to a person who is too shy to interact with strangers, or somebody who feels ill at ease when praised, criticized or when hearing a joke.
