How would I start leaning Chinese?

Start from HSk1. If you find out it's easy for you.  tthen you can start from Hsk2  it depends on how many words you have learned. 

The hsk textbook is a textbook that Chinese learners use more frequently. This set of textbooks is more comprehensive and has a corresponding Chinese level test. I suggest choosing textbooks based on your learning goals and learning priorities. If you want to improve your oral skills, you can directly choose oral textbooks, or if you want to improve your comprehensive skills, you can choose hsk comprehensive course or Boya Chinese.
