Hi, I’m a beginner and i need ur help.
I’ve just learned this grammar and found some difficulties.
Which one of these is the right one?
1. 我是今天才到北京的。
2. 是我今天才到北京的。
3. 我今天是才到北京的。

the 是。。。的 structure is used to emphasize something about the subject. 我, the subject, should come before the structure, and because your sentence is mainly about time, you want 今天 to be on focus. (1) is the correct one.

In this sentence emphasize the time of the action that has taken place.
The structure is :
S+ 是+ 时间/地点/方式/目的 + V + 的
我是今天才到北京的。
我是从北京来的。
我是坐飞机来的。
