direct translation from chinese to english is really hard and not even translation get all of them correct but google translate is probably the best out there. just go to google translates websites , set the languages and then post the URL in the box, click the URL that comes in the translated box and the websites will be translated

It's not some tips that could figure it out.
It depends on your Chinese proficiency. U can use some translation tools but mostly what they do is literal translation. U may have to understand the use or function of what you want to translate.
