How to teach the adult Business Chinese?

If the student is around 30-40 years old, his Chinese level is only HSK level 1.

You can teach both basic and business concurrently.
Most published business Chinese textbooks are like HSK4 and above so you need to adjust accordingly to your student's needs. Good luck
