Introduce the common methods of memorizing Chinese vocabulary.
When learning a foreign language, everyone will encounter a difficulty, that is, memorizing words. I believe foreigners will also encounter this problem when they are learning Chinese. Is there any way to memorize words quickly? There must be. Keep looking!
1) Repeat the words aloud
I don't know if you have such a feeling: it's easy to be distracted when reading silently. That's what I do. When I read silently, I often think of something else. Therefore, if we want our brain to work more quickly, we must read aloud. Reading aloud can avoid distractions and stimulate the operation of the brain.
2) Copy words over and over again
Please prepare a piece of A4 paper and write each word at least 10 times. When doing this exercise, please remember that you must write Chinese characters with Pinyin at the same time, and please read them while writing.
3) Dictation
When using this method, please find a friend to cooperate. If it's hard to find a friend, please ask the Chinese teacher for help. This method is combined with listening to memorize words, so you can practice listening at the same time. The suggestion is to dictate about 20-30 words at a time, and read the word again after writing each word.
4) Listen to the CD again and again
The CD here refers to the teaching materials. Listening to CD constantly can strengthen the memory of words. Please pay attention to the following while listening. The advantage of this method is that you can listen at any time, such as on the way to work, on the way to work, when eating, etc., which saves time and remembers words.
5) Make a word book
It's older, but it's just as effective. I often use this method when I am learning English. But remember, don't try to make your book thicker. Be sure to copy this word into your book when you are able to use it freely.
6) Memorize a series of Related words
This memory method has been proved to be very effective in practice. For example, if you are in a room now, you can read everything that comes to your eyes in Chinese“ Living room, bedroom, kitchen, TV, refrigerator and so on. The human brain is easy to remember things that are connected.
7) Memorize words in alphabetical order from a to Z
This method is very suitable for those who are going to take HSK and other examinations. My personal suggestion is to first classify words according to alphabetic order, and then classify them according to part of speech. For example, what are the nouns, verbs and adjectives beginning with a. This is more conducive to the use of grammar.
8) Memory method of middle and advanced level students
Students with high Chinese proficiency have mastered a large number of words, so sometimes they will feel lazy that there is no need to memorize words. But if you don't remember, your vocabulary will not increase and your Chinese level will stagnate. Therefore, I recommend reading or watching more Chinese books and TV programs according to my own interests. If there is a word you don't know, just remember it in the notebook and remember it in the scene where the word appears.
