How to improve speaking skill?

Try reading out loud the Chinese words and sentences you are learning. If you are learning together with someone, you can try to have simple conversation with your partner in Chinese.

Btw, it might sounds a bit ridiculous, but if you used to speak to yourself sometimes, you can use Chinese instead of your own language (even if it's posdible in the situation, loudly)! It was so useful for me Haha

Talking and talking a lot with others in Chinese , especially with native speakers.

You could try mirroring a speaker. Find a youtube video of someone who talks in the target language the way you want to talk (and make sure you know what he is saying first), download the video, try to match the way he says it, record yourself saying it and compare, repeat.
