How to download 'Easy steps to chinese for kids' pdf with full version here?

Hi there, just wondering anyone had successfully downloaded the full version of 'easy steps to Chinese for kids' pdf here? I was trying to download few but realised the pdf was not full version, only covered few lessons of every book.

How can I download the whole book? I'd like to pay for the full resources if you have and you'd willing to share. Thanks .
