好像 and 仿佛 both are Verbs, 似乎 is an Adverb, which all means [seem; be like; as if].
Example
好像 as a Verb, means "to be like (和……相像)"; 仿佛 can also be so used but is more literary, one can also say 和……相仿佛.
1) In examples ① and ② 仿佛 and 好像 are interchangeable, but 仿佛 is more literary. 似乎 cannot be so used.
