会 is one of an Optative Verb (能愿动词), means [can, may, able to]

1, it denotes skill acquired or mastered as a result of a study;

eg, 我会说汉语。 ( I can speak Chinese. )

2, it indicates possibilities;

eg, 明天会下雨。( It may rain tomorrow. )
