Definition
千万 and 万万 both are Adverbs of Mood (情态副词).
1, 千万 and 万万 both are often used in negative imperative sentences to indicate somebody's wish, request, or advice, which is not to do something.
2, 万万 can be used in declarative sentences to show something unexpected.
Example
