Does HSK 5 is there a speaking test

So this year I decided to take HSK 5 exam, and every one keeps telling me that there is a speaking exam. But on the website where you register for HSK5(their official website) it does not include the speaking exam, only for HSK789 it shows it has speaking exam. I am so confused😭😭😭

HSK1-6在试卷里没有口语部分，你可以选择参加HSKK初，中，高级考试
HSK 7-9在试卷里有口语部分，是对于学术研究的硕博士有要求的
