Is there a tool that adds Pinyin to the Chinese text on websites?

Can anyone recommend a tool that adds Pinyin to Chinese characters as you browse the Web? I google a bit but nothing came out, has anybody heard of such a tool?

I used this plugin in my browser, the Zhongwen Chrome extension, it can translate Chinese characters by hovering over them with the mouse. Includes an internal wordlist, links to Chinese Grammar Wiki, tone colors, and more.
