Is the following properly translated?

把英文翻译成中文,可以同时学习两种语言
Exchange English to Chinese and learn both

And if not, what would the proper translation be? Would you mind helping me?

Exchange is used for things, money, or even "exchange words", but it doesn't mean "translate". I'm a native Chinese, but my English is pretty good.

Translate English into Chinese and learn both at the same time.

Translate English to Chinese to learn both languages at the same time.

A better translation would be "Translating English to Chinese, you can study both languages at the same time." (I'm a native English speaker. Your English was awkward.)

If you really want to use the verb "exchange", you need to use "for", not "to" -> "Exchange English for Chinese..."
