Hello, I'd like to know about the defference - Cchatty

会 is can 能 also can the difference is 会 is related with skill (that require a process of learning) 能 is usually related to CONDITION or something that doesn't need a process of learning certain skills, only like physically be able to do something
For example :
我会说韩语 I can speak Korean
我会游泳 I can swim
下雨了我不能去你家 It's raining I can't go to your house
我的脚疼我不能跑 My leg is hurt I can not run

“会 ” 表示某人可以做某事，有做这件事的能力；而”能“除此之外，还有被允许的意义
我会说中文。
开会的时候，我能说中文吗？

会 is more about knowledge, and 能 is more about being physically able to do something.

我会游泳, I know how to swim. I have learned how to swim.
我能游泳, I can swim, I'm physically able to swim (because maybe I was sick before, and now it's relevant to say that I'm physically able to swim).
