明目养生菜—素炒胡萝卜丝
胡萝卜1根
青辣椒1个
小葱1段
香油适量
米醋2勺
盐少许
白糖少许
料酒1勺
1胡萝卜租青辣椒切丝小葱切片
2锅中加适量香油，放入葱花煸香
3下入胡萝卜丝翻炒
4胡萝卜丝炒出红油时，下入青辣椒丝翻炒一分钟即可
5加入2勺米醋
6再加1勺料酒
7以及少许盐和白糖
